L & S Air Conditioning was assigned to handle my HVAC issue through my home warranty (First American). The tech figured out that the battery in the wall thermostat had leaked & damaged the thermostat. He further went on to discover a relay was loose on the circuit board, causing an intermittent problem, which, of course, is the hardest to find. He replaced both the thermostat and relay, and verified everything else was A-OK (refrigerant pressure, condenser motor, etc.
I have to admit I was nervous that my warranty company chose them, given the reviews, but today (May 2, 2017) I had a great experience.
