  • Lots of rules. Lots of attitude. I paid almost $1,000 for a family membership and somehow the staff at Westside Rec center seem convinced that they are doing me a favor whenever I talk to them. It is a nice facility but the staff needs to get the chips off their shoulders. From the front desk, to management, even some of the swim instructors all have this condescending way of communicating.
