Walk in with my wife last night around 7-ish and our first problem was there was absolutely no one around to help guide us to the kitchen cabinet handles area. The second was there was no one anywhere in the vicinity of the faucet area and we needed some assistance attempting to locate a second faucet. The third issue is when we got to the checkout line only lines open were self checkout and that's generally fine but when you attempt to scan 15 knobs and handles individually and its not working, and the one helper in that area is inundated with all the other folks having trouble and no one there to help her to help us? That's a problem. Where is the staffing? We became upset to the point where we just left a few hundred dollars of handles and faucets at the checkout mostly due to people cutting in front of us getting helped before us.. I didn't want to start a issue but that was not cool. So Loews, customer walked out of your store leaving behind a few hundred in product. Not a good way to keep investors happy. Keep more people on hand please.
