  • After going elsewhere, paying $40 and getting nothing accomplished, we went to Santos. He fixed the laptop by replacing the keyboard, which was somewhat of a custom job due to part unavailability. He also fixed a broken hinge that was supposed to be unfixable, and all for $95 plus parts, and finished in our short time frame window. He really knows his stuff. Plus he is a kind and honest guy who genuinely cares and wants to help. It's been working perfectly now for 3 weeks.
