I virtually live in this hotel as it is my home away from home in Toronto. It's an OK place to stay with clean rooms a generally friendly staff. A few notes:
- Roozbeh on reception is great and always amazingly welcoming and helpful.
- Room service goes thru 10pm but quality suffers at peak dinner hours
- Try and get a room on their slightly upgraded floors (15 and 16) as then you get shower gel instead of soap and a robe
- I seem to usually get a flat screen in my room which is a plus but high def it is not!
