  • Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this shop.. First I will start by saying the shop is extremely clean, has TONS of jewelry options and has private piercing studios which I personally really appreciate. Now for the bad. I'm not sure if this piercer still works there but I know he had been for many years. Dana had been helpful at the beginning when I went in to get my conch (punch) piercing consultation and very helpful with ordering the custom opal jewelry. Sadly I did not have the same great experience the day I got my piercings. I did bring a couple friends for support, they didn't see the sign and asked if they could take pics and he "jokingly" said yes and then very rudely said absolutely not and mentioned the sign behind them. Both girls were extremely uncomfortable at that time and apologized for even asking. He went on to tell me that they are in the middle of hiring a front desk associate, I asked what they are looking for because I was interested and he made a snide remark about how they are only looking for respectful and responsible people. As though I'm not.. I understand he worked a double shift and was very busy, but I was so upset and will never go back.
