  • There wasn't a 0 cause that would be what I would choose. I went there to get a gem set in a ring. I purchased a setting and it went to be sized. It was silver and they told me they might not be able to size silver! They charged me 150.00 dollars and the quality was horrible! They told me they might have to put solder balls to make it fit, and it would cost 150.00 dollars. It came back with no balls and it still was too big. I took it anyway and they still charged me 150.00 dollars. I wore it 2 weeks and one of the side stones fell out. You would think they would check the stones when setting stones. It took 3 weeks to get it back. Then I had 2 earrings one silver and 1 gold. The posts had broken. I left them to be soldered. She told me the jeweler my not be able to fix the silver . She charged me 50.00 dollars. When I picked them up I didn't look at them right away and when I did , he had ruined my silver earring. With 50.00 dollars, I could have purchase another set of earrings !The quality is horrible. I won't be going there again. Their attitude is terrible. They could give a crap about anything there!
