  • Horrible service every time(by the way just this QT location). At 11 pm tonight they said they where cleaning all of the tea machines and they wouldn't be ready for 2 hours. Why would you clean this at 11 pm when you can do the same thing at 3 am when nobody is there??????? I called the manager and he didn't care just said that they couldn't do anything????
