  • Go elsewhere for carpet and installation. We thought they were a great business, friendly and helpful, but they tried to charge us more after the install was complete, even though we signed the paperwork which stated the price that we paid. They were extremely nasty to deal with when we pointed out the contract we signed. Two years after the install, the carpet is buckling everywhere, which we are told means it was not installed properly. Very awful and disappointing experience!
