  • I called to schedule an annual cleaning of 4 a/c units at my house. They sold me into a yearly maintenance plan for $444 per year which I agreed to and they charged my credit card immediately. I call April 27th and they booked me for June 6th as their earliest date. On June 6th at the scheduled time Goettl called and stated they were too busy to come and need to reschedule 3 more weeks out as they had people that needed help more then we did. It would not be so bad if they did not charge me in full up front and then wait 8 weeks for them to show up. I called several times to cancel my service and get a refund and now they wont even call me back!!!! Guess who just disputed the credit card charge on their ass. I should have read all the poor reviews of this company before hand. They have catchy commercials that pride themselves on quality. What a load of crap and plan to post this on as many sites as possible to warn people.
