  • I went to this restaurant as part of a Hoover Dam tour package. The tour company dropped us off at this place to have lunch. I chose this place because I got a coupon for a free lunch from the tour company, so I thought, why not? Big mistake. When I got seated, I was one of three groups eating there. The restaurant was practically empty. I ordered my cheeseburger and fries with a Coke. Minutes later, another tour group started pouring into the restaurant and the servers took their orders as well. I was unpleasantly surprised to see that the group who ordered later actually got their food FIRST, and here I was being one of the first to order and still with no food. Several minutes later (after the group who got their order first finally left), I FINALLY got my food. Turns out that the tour group who got their food first phoned their order in, which is why their food was served more quickly. Well damnit, had I known that, I would've phoned my order in too! Nonetheless, I was first to order, so naturally I should get my food first, right? Not at this place. Needless to say, I truly got a free meal thanks to the coupon and by not leaving a tip on the table. (The first time I've never left a tip for my server.)
