I have Been going here since 2008, and every year it gets busier... Everytime I call in, I always have to wait at least 5 to 6 minutes on the phone before I get to speak to the front Desk.. Here is one of the problems, I called the office while I was standing in the front Lobby to see how long it would take them to pick up, the system they have is an automatic system where they can just leave you on hold forever. While the girls were sitting there chatting, I was on hold for 6 minutes before anyone of the receptionist (girls) picked up the line ~ I actually asked them why they did not pick up the line, they said they were discussing patient business... I was standing right to the side of the window & that is not what they were discussing... This has gone one for years & years now. Several complaints & still nothing has been done... Today I called & I was literely on hold for over 11 minutes, & I finally hung up & just call & left a message for the Dr. medical assistant. I usually get a call back with in 24 hours from her. They are just too busy and understaffed, & personally I am getting fed up.
