  • So I have been coming to this car wash for a couple years now. Last month I came and had an oil change, car wash and got my seats shampooed. I also prepaid $160 for a detail job for future use. When I got back in my car they hadn't even wiped the inside of my car down. Being crunched for time I decided to deal with it my next trip. Now today I came in after thinking over it for a month. I had thought that instead of getting the detail job I would rather just get the payment put towards future oil changes, since they do that well.... I just got told all sales are final and I have to get my detail job and can't use the payment towards other services. I will never come back to Jacksons
