  • After waiting 7 weeks to get in for an appt, I called while I was on my way there to get more definite directions. The receptionist was EXTREMELY nasty stating that I was already supposed to be there. My appt was at 4:30 & it was 4:05pm. I had received 2 calls & made 2 calls to confirm this. She said that if I can't be there in the next few minutes, that "I better be fast at filling out paperwork." I was beyond annoyed at this point but still tried to make the appt. Then I hit rush hour traffic & was at a dead stop. I called to give them the courtesy that I wasnt coming when she thought it was best to hang up on me. Thanks but no thanks.
