  • We had Polar Air install new hvac and wine chiller several years ago and are on the maintenance plan. We have been very pleased with how Polar stands by their warranty and maintenance plan. Their office staff and techs are always competent and courteous. They are clearly a company that understands customer service and satisfaction. We made an after hours call last night and a member of their office staff responded quickly setting up an appointment for the morning. Guillermo came to our house today to address a problem with our wine unit. What a pleasant courteous young man! He explained what he was going to do and after some testing, quickly repaired the issue and waited for full pressurization and tested again to make sure there were no leaks in the system that would generate a call back. He wanted to make sure it was done right the first time. Saves us potential hassle and saves his company money by avoiding a call back. Wish all other home repair and service providers took that approach to business !!! Guillermo is an outstanding representative for your company!
