I would give the food 3 stars but service 5 stars for this place. We came here on Christmas day without reservation, so we decided to sit on the bar instead of waiting for a table. We ordered Hand Cut Fettuccini with Wild Mushroom and Gulf Shrimp, Burratta, Calabrian Chile, and Mint wood fired pizza for both of us.
The fettuccini had great flavor however i felt the dish was lukewarm and did not seem to be delivered right after it was made.The paste did tate like it was made on site rather than from a box..the fettuccini texture is different from other pasta restaurant that i had been to...second dish was the wood fired pizza we ordered, the flavor is great but the cheese was MISSING..we had to ask them to re-make it..the pizza flavor is very unique as the shrimp is very flavorful and complemented well with the chile and mint.
Our server Tiffany did an incredible job to make sure that she provided excellent customer service even though we were sitting on the bar. .initially we were neglected but later realized that our server/bartender had one person short and she was the only person who was making drinks for the entire restaurant and also trying to take orders/serve all the guests sitting at the bar table. However, by end of the our meal we were extremely satisfied with the service she had provided. She consistently asked us how we are doing and how was the food. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great Christmas meal. She definitely worked really hard to make sure everyone sitting on the bar getting exceptional customer service despite how busy she was.
Overall, i did have a great dining experience here.
