| - I wish it were possible to give no stars. I had a terrible experience from move in to over a year after I moved out. It started when I had two weeks to move from Oregon to Arizona and no time to come view apartments. I researched and came across 90 Degrees and contacted them, I expressed that there were three things necessary in order for me to make this my home, those were; in unit washer and dryer, gated community, and access controlled entry into buildings. I was told that 90 Degrees provided all of these things and that it was "luxury" apartment living. Upon my arrival to 90 Degrees, after a 24 hour drive I was handed my keys, and sent on my way, no tour of the facility, not even a finger point in the direction of my building. When I got into my unit it was filthy, the carpets had obviously not been cleaned, there was dust everywhere. On top of that, I went to go wash my sheets because all I really wanted was some clean sheets and the dryer was broken and ruined my sheets and some clothing. This took more than a week to fix. Oh and those access controlled doors that I requested and was told they had, had been broken and not fixed, when I brought that up to management they told me that occupants continued to break them so they stopped fixing them. I can't forget the gated community that they had too, the gate was broken for months after I moved in and I had to continually request that it be fixed. Come to find out, my unit was infested with bugs, it was disgusting. I finally asked to move units, and that I would pay the difference in rent and they agreed to let me do so. So I packed up all of my belongings and moved them across the parking lot to a new unit. Once in that unit, I took my first shower and the shower started to peel, so I told management again, and they moved myself and my ESA cat into their guest unit for 2 days while they fixed it. Then I went to shower again and it peeled again, and my apartment scent was terrible, I couldn't have my cat in there almost all week. Living out of two places because of terrible planning and management. I finally gave my 60 day notice, moved out before the end of my 60 days, turned in my keys and paid until the end of the 60 days to find out that when they moved me units they extended my lease, and now Greystar is trying to claim that I owe them $3,400 and they are preventing me from renting anywhere else. Please, please avoid this place and any other Greystar properties. They make them look great in pictures, but I can promise that the management and upkeep isn't what you pay for. Not to mention the man that called and harassed me and impersonated another employee when I requested that he no longer call me (I made sure to save those voicemails). I rarely write reviews, but when service is this poor, I really can't help it, I would love to save someone else the pain and agony I have suffered because of this company.
