  • DON'T GO HERE! I went here all pre-certified and the 20 something gal at the check in told me I had to pay since my deductible hasn't been met. I requested that they bill my insurance , and then I'll pay when I get my explanation of benefits. She said no and told me it would be about $350. Turns out the cost after insurance deductions was about $150 not the $350 she was going to charge!!! I declined and left. I then received a call from the local office apologizing and asked to give them a second chance, and agreed since it was all pre-certified. I had my services performed, the beginning of Oct , received my EOB within a few weeks, but never received a bill, until now, which was a collection notice!!!! So I never get a bill and they throw me into collections. This is one administratively challenged company. It's not worth all the hassle.
