  • Came in to purchase a gift card and it took forever. For a friend's birthday I needed to buy a gift card, thought it would be a 5 min transaction. It was definitely NOT! Walked in had to first wait for an associate, they had to check me in. Once I'm checked in, I have to wait in a long line of other customers who need lengthy help with their phone, my simple transaction still had to wait. Ready difficult system they have with servicing customers.
