I was driving through Madison WI, when I had an issue that required my SUV to remain on their property for 6 days, but the representative original quoted me 4days. Zimbrick Audi could not accommodate any of those days with a loaner. The representatives stated to me that they did not have any loaners for a walk-in customer. My children and I was basically stranded with no car until I found a rental. Not only did I have to pay Audi, I also had to pay the on the backend with a rental. I would definitely say you're screwed as a walk-in with Zimbrick Audi dealership. Never have an Audi dealership been so unaccommodating and Audi should have some shame that they represent their name.
