  • I have to say I was a little discouraged about the delivery process after reading previous reviews. We ordered our Couch on a Friday afternoon at 3pm and we were given a delivery quote from 6 to midnight. We did not receive a confirmation so I called the customer service warehouse where she quoted us between 7 and 11 and assured our delivery for the same evening. We also did not receive a call before they came but our couch arrived at 930! We were so stoked that is was the right product and it was delivered at a reasonable time!
