Recently rented an R8 Audi from GTA exotics. The car was in extremely sub par condition including the gas tank meter not working ("just fill it up once you get to 300 KM"), steering was obnoxiously shaking above 90km/hr, error messages appeared often including "maintenance required", as well as "faulty gear box, can continue driving but function is limited", window whistled, fairly dirty, and interior was clearly not well cared for.
Most disappointing of all was the gentleman that called to confirm our reservation and had mixed it up and told us "we didn't want the eight year old Audi anyways". Above and beyond, when the booking was made we were originally told we could get a deal on the two day price as we would only have the car for 30 hours - this was not the case and we were only made aware of this the day before... at which point we had no choice but to push forward with the rental.
Should be called "GTA subpar exotics and terrible customer service". Based on the other reviews it seems people were happy with the track but I highly recommend looking elsewhere for an exotic car rental.
When spending almost $2000 on a high end rental for 2 days most consumers would expect unparalleled customer service and a flawless condition vehicle - we urge these consumers to go elsewhere.
