| - Amazing decor, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I only wish they had a few more items on their apps/starters menu. The Crispy Pig Ears are a must-try! And their Whipped Goat Cheese with Beets was outstanding, but that's all I cared for. In terms of entrées however, they had plenty of delicious choices, but I fell immediately for the brisket! So tender and moist, you could cut into it with your fork like butter, no knife necessary. They're a bit tucked away which is nice, makes it feel more exclusive, but I was surprised to see that they weren't very busy (we were there late on a Thursday night, they close at 10) so I'm curious as to what their regular nights look like, because it is not a small establishment. I do like that the bar is on the opposite wing of the restaurant, although it doesn't strike me as the type of place sports fanatics would gather for a game, but it can indeed change the overall feel if too close.
