  • They charge a lot of money and they don't tell you how much it will be before they work on it. We used them because a friend recommended them but they charged us at a much higher price. When I called them why they charge us at a different price, all they said is that we can not compare to other case? Why?? Not even mention that the problem is not fixed at all. We have a leaking part, but all they did today was recharging Freon for $310! And we were told they will charge us $750 if they come back to replace the aluminum coil. That's just the labor part, the part is under manufacturer warranty. Very dissappointed! Don't use them.
