Wow! These guys run an honest and legit business. I dropped my iPhone X and the display blacked out. Force rebooting or restoring the phone didn't fix it so I scheduled an appointment with them through Apple. The appointment would be for 2 days later so instead of waiting, I decided to walk in and have them take a look. Kevin helped me and he was fast and efficient. He didn't have to go through the usual diagnostic steps (force rebooting, restore etc) that I already did. Most techs think their customers are stupid and go through the process regardless of competency. I was charged $300 to have it sent in to Apple to have it fixed. Two days later, I had my working phone back and Kevin refunded my money. He was genuinely excited to not only fix my phone but to also to do so without costing me a dime. He said the cable inside was disconnected when it dropped and that Apple covered it. They could have easily kept my money but didn't. Goes to show how honest they are. Next time I have a problem, I would not hesitate to come back here. Beats waiting days for an appointment at an Apple store.
