rev:text	First time here with my toddler for a birthday party for kids aged infant- 7 years old this weekend. I wanted to like this place but honestly I will not come back in the future for any reason. Likes - two party rooms are separate, so you have separate eating area, play and washrooms. - lots of ample room for eating and playing - lots of slides for different age levels (some had mats but they are not attached and kept sliding away for the stage 2-3 slides) - trampoline (but also self managed, so it got a bit dangerous and silly at times) - layout looked mostly like the photos online, except.... Disappointed areas - walked right in and easy to see which party you belong to, staff did not acknowledge me or sign me in, hardly saw them until near the end when they were cleaning up and trying to get you out. - the photos online must be when it was first opened, the toys (houses, cars) all had been well worn and played on, the stickers are missing and i have seen way better quality at Once Upon a Child store, garage sales and at daycare. - the play area was not cleaned in between parties, found more than 10 confetti pieces, ribbons, a popped balloon, pile of old gummies in the train table and small kitchen for the younger ones. THAT was unacceptable as those are ALL choking hazards to toddlers and babies and shows the lack of care from staff and rules of the facility. - only one change table out of 2 washrooms was not clean looking or had straps, so be careful if you need to use this - eating area, no one was wearing shoes, and the floor looked really dirty from being near end of day. there were ants near the bench area(window area), the 2 highchairs were both different and looked terrible shape and cleanliness - the coin operated pony ride and hockey table was a hilarious concept My son had a fun time for what it was, the birthday girl and friends enjoyed themselves, but as a parent I would not use this place, there are more cleaner party places to celebrate at.
