I'm beyond upset. I've been a patient here for almost a year. I paid out of pocket because they didn't have a waiting list and I needed my meds managed. At first they answered their phones and filled prescriptions in a timely fashion. Now this is not the case. I'm beyond aggravated and will be leaving all together. 2 weeks ago my pharmacy sent in a request for refills for my lexapro which I take for anxiety. I have extreme anxiety and this makes it more manageable. I called and left voicemails on 12 separate occasions. I got a call back 2 times promising med refills by the incompetent girl on the other line. Here I am a week without my lexapro and experiencing extreme and painful withdrawal symptoms! I'm furious! Do not take on a patient load you cannot handle, especially mental health! I'm suffering because of their mistake. I'm suffering and I've sought help, help that isn't there when you need it. In the past week two celebrities have committed suicide. In the past week I was ignored by my provider. I've sought help, I've paid out of pocket for my mental well-being, and I am the one suffering withdrawal side effects. Shame on this practice. Stay far far away!
