As of yesterday yelper's, I took my Pontiac G6 Gt convertible back over to Goodyear Superior. I have to admit all new staff and management there. The new manager John, was very friendly and presented good customer service with me and was very polite with a sense of humor. However, getting down to business and doing the right thing by me and my car is all I ask. I'm not looking for money in hand or anything like that, but to simply pay the GMC service dealer to fix my convertible top. It was working before they began working on it and it wasn't afterwards. I was told that the micro switch which is located under the trunk latch was either bumped or damaged and is causing my hard top convertible not to retract open. And in order to get to the micro switch you have to remove the rear interior panel which is located right under the trunk latch...... Which is what they replaced along with all new wiring. Honestly, I believe that Shane and his company will do the right thing and cover the charges with my local GMC dealer to get this fixed. I'm optimistic and will definitely keep you'll posted with an update
