  • I have been here for 3 months and so far I love it. I am renting from the owner of the apartment and not through the leasing office, so my review is strictly on the complex itself. Pros: Well maintained Quiet Safe Clean Cons: Parking No large mail parcels Cave creek road The property is well maintained and their is plenty of grass that is always kept up. The trees are nice and trimmed. The street lights and outside lights are always functioning properly. The buildings look nice and are well painted. The property is very quiet for the most part. My personal favorite thing about this complex is there are not very many kids at all. Since I've moved in I've only seen 3 kids and they are always walking with their parents. I haven't heard any wild party's or any loud music. The loudest thing is cave creek road, sometimes that can get noisy, especially when it's in the middle of the night and you here cars and motorcycles racing down the street. The property feels very safe. At night their is security guard that roams around. I haven't seen the police here ever, not like my old apartments where they were there at least twice a week. I haven't heard of anyone's cars or homes being broken into from any of the residents I've talked to. The complex is nice and clean and there is never trash around. The residents here are good about throwing away their trash and it seems like the dumpsters are emptied everyday. The only issue is that some people don't pick up their dogs poop even though they have those dog poop cleaning stations with bags and a garbage... just doesn't make sense how people don't pick up after their dogs. The parking is pretty bad on my side of the complex. It would be a nightmare if I invited more than one friend or family member over because, and I am not being dramatic, at night every single, and I mean every single parking space is full. So if you have more than one car this will truly be a nightmare for you because you only get one reserved spot. Aside from the parking, noise from cave creek road, and the dog poop, this is a pretty awesome place to live and I would definitely recommend it.
