This is a good nail salon: excellent location, good parking situation, very good customer service, but zero frills. No frills whatsoever. Possibly even negative frills.
They have all of the basic things a good nail salon should have -- massage chairs for your pedicure, a decent selection of OPI/Essie/gel polishes, and some yummy smelling lotion for massage time. But they didn't pay any attention to their aesthetics so you feel like you're overpaying for their services -- $50 for a gel mani and regular pedi seems a little high for a salon that doesn't try a little harder on its decor. I also hate when my nail tech comes in from a break reeking of smoke because it means that I'm stuck smelling the effects of their smoking habit for the rest of my no-longer-relaxing manicure.
But in the end, they did a good job on my mani/pedi and paid lots of attention to me during my service. I thought they were very polite and made sure my nails (finger and toe) were completely dry before they let me leave the salon. Nice people so I'll probably be back ... unless I find a salon with the same level of service and convenience that charges a little bit less.
