  • Holstein's is a solid upscale burger joint. The food is dependably good. The shoe string fries are crispy. The cartoon cows on the wall all dream about getting eaten. That's fun and quirky. Note: The hotel brochure tries to market this place as organic and natural. The only hint in the menu was that one ingredient of the salad was organic. If the beef were organic and free range, I'd come back.
