  • Worst customer service I have ever had. My warranty company American Home Shield referred them to repair a leaking handle in my shower. Technician couldn't remove cartridge from wall pipe so he decided to bang on it and pry the cartridge out piece by piece with a wrench, screw driver and pliers. This went on for over 1 hour. Then he attempted to install a new cartridge and when doing so he damaged the new cartridge because he had bent the pipe. After he couldn't repair it properly (continued to leak) he said I will need to have the valve replaced. After letting me know this he then said he will have to tell the warranty company that it was damaged prior to him showing up.... and I could be responsible for the repair??? I told him I didn't damage it you did... fast forward... Warranty company declined the repair today. I called AM PM plumbing back today and spoke to "Trish". She was less than helpful to say the least. Told me they couldn't help me because the technician stated that it was damaged. She rudely said sorry and said have a nice day and hung up. Stay away from American Home Shield for a warranty and AM PM plumbing.
