| - It was my first time buying landscape rock, and the person at the yard sold me the "wrong" rock... Basically the rock they helped me to select was much more expensive then what I actually paid for, which would have been fine - Except they later realized THEIR mistake and refused to deliver my rock until I paid the difference... Delaying the delivery for days! Since it was their mistake, I requested that they give me the rock I was sold, for the price I had already paid... But I found myself without returned phone calls, and talking to people with no answers. I needed the gravel quickly and paid the difference but then spoke with the owner. He offered me a $200 credit towards a future purchase, but I really wanted the money instead... Finally, after far more discussing and debating then should have been necessary, he said he would meet me at the job site to give me the difference back in cash because he was unable to do a credit card refund. The gravel came, but the cash didn't...
Nonetheless, here I am a few months later trying to utilize the $200 credit I was promised and the owner refused to honor it! The sales people remembered me and remembered the offer, but did nothing to stand behind their word. The terrible customers service, lack of product knowledge, awful follow though, and outright lies is beyond disappointing and extremely unprofessional.
