The hotel is very nice and modern with an asian flair. But the staff seems to be in their own world. They don't greet or know who you are or even if your are a guest in their hotel. Both the bar and the pool have certain open hours which for Las Vegas is a big downsize. They have no Jacuzzi. The hotel room bathroom door has no locks. I asked the bar if they sold the packages of pu erh tea and they had no clue, they had to call the manager who also had no clue, the next day I asked again and they got back to me two hours later with a price tag of $95! They sell the same tea organic online for $30 with free shipping. Both the Casino and the Hotel are half empty with customers.
