Party of 8. Here are the facts from our visit. The good: food was pretty good - not extraordinary - we tried many different things and while the portions were very small (tapas sharing), almost everything we ordered was tasty. The bad: service was the worst we've experienced in years. Inattentive server who sporadically appeared, difficult to get refills and drink orders (from the time we were seated, it took 40 minutes to get our first drink). The ugly: management's view of customer service. We were overcharged (I hope by accident). We later notified the restaurant. Response times were generally two days. They agreed to credit our card but instead actually charged us for the meal again so we paid twice (without authorizing). Unfortunately, the restaurant stopped responding to our requests to resolve the issue, and we had to contact the credit card company to take care of it .
