  • Iced coffee was right. Egg rolls didn't haven't enough meat, but were otherwise excellent. In contrast, the spring rolls had too much filler. Pho broth wasn't very flavorful, but all meats were correctly cooked and simmered. Service was lackluster and slow, even on a quiet night. Very expensive for what you get. Truthfully, this should be a two star, but I'm adding a whole star just for the major benefit of having a late night Vietnamese option on the Strip.
