  • Rumor of European origin sets high expectations. Not familiar with the company name so this was our first time renting with the company, and we were pleasantly surprised with the vehicle available. We are a group traveling to flagstaff and back. This ford 12 passenger van (transit 350?)was a looker for sure. Seemed somewhat new ,2014 or 2015. However, the seats were individually sectioned (rather than benched), which can be bothersome when driving for hours. Not enough cup holders and windows don't open when it gets hot. Other than minor complaints about vehicle, customer service was good! Recommend, company...
