  • Day 1 I met Anna Marie, I had exactly what I wanted in mind with a small budget. She didn't bat an eye or make me feel like a waste of time! She was a breathe of fresh air helping me into as many gowns as she could...even the ones my family picked out that we both knew I was trying on just for them. She let me know before putting anything on if it was over budget, so I knew if I fell in love I would have to figure something out. Eventually I figured out I didn't know what I wanted, but I knew how I wanted to feel. I asked her to pick out a gowns she thought would work. She brought 2. I tried on the first one and that was it! I promised myself I wouldn't buy that night and she didn't push. I took a couple pics of myself in it and left. I really loved the gown, but the thought of the second gown I never tried on weighed on me. Shyly after going to a couple other stores and not loving anything I went back and asked her to give me another appointment, because I just had to try on the other dress she had in mind! She giggled and told me "of course" and I was being silly for thinking that I was "bothering her". Not only did I try it, but the gown from the day before again and some others! I fell in love with the second dress, mainly because she helped me alter it to my insecurities that I had (we added small sleeves). It is perfection! She walked me through every step of buying it and what I needed to do for alterations (because I'm still trying to lose weight) to having it preserved. She listens, she cares and the whole time she told me I was beautiful (and I believed her) as I tried on at least 20 gowns in two days. I dreaded going gown shopping, but if I knew how it would go I would of been pent up with excitement! All of the girls were really truly lovely, but Anna Marie made my dreams come true!
