After having my review looked at by management, I had a very pleasant phone conversation with Nate, the store manager, who had promised to mail in some vouchers I can use to go back. I just received them in the mail today, and I let him know that I'd update my review from a customer service standpoint because this was a good gesture not everyone tends to care about in this day and age.
Now I know I can return, and whenever I have my wash done, if there's a problem, I can count on Nate to address it, and my money is more valued there. I appreciate what he did. So don't be hesitant to say something if something is off about your experience; the management will have your back.
