| - I researched several stores to buy GoPro accessories. I entered this Best Buy and looked around to see where they would be located. I was looking for a Best Buy employee to help me, but none of the employees were on the floor. The store looked empty. I finally asked one of the cell phone representatives for help, and he pointed to where the GoPro accessories would be located. I went through a maze of aisles and finally found some of the Micro SD cards, but there were only a few. I looked around and found more at a different aisle of the store. I wasn't happy with their limited selection, and so I asked if they had Samsung cards. The cell phone employee, of all people, walked me to yet another aisle to look at more SD cards. After looking in three different locations, Best Buy still didn't have what I wanted, so I settled with my second choice.
I also bought a couple of accessories for the GoPro 4 at the GoPro 4 accessories section. I walked to the counter to pay. The women at the registry asked if I had a rewards card, and I said no I didn't. Than she asked me if all the information was updated and I said no. She gave a slight sigh and made a disgruntled face as she was looking away. REALLY! You either had a bad day or just hate your job.
I opened the packages when I got home. I wanted to charge the batteries BUT the charger is for the GoPro 3 and not the 4. Grrrr, now I have to go back there and make the switch.
I've been to this store before to buy a basic laptop case, and they didn't have what I wanted in stock, so I had to travel another 20 minutes to a different BestBuy.
Overall, this store offers a very limited selection of products, there is hardly anybody available to help you or answer questions, the merchandise is placed in odd locations throughout the store, versus one simple, logical location, and the customer service is below par. If you can, avoid this place.
