| - UPDATE! See the response they write me on yelp. Angela wrote that. She works with management. She purposely writes in a way where she tries to portray me as "not in the system", like this review is coming from a non resident. They stole my money and ran me out! If the bytch ever ends up dead, the police have every right to question me, for I have a motive to kill the fat bytch. After I had a few problems with management, Angela rents the apartment over me to her friends with two dogs. There was 80% occupancy at the time and open apartments all over, yet she puts a pack of dogs on top of me. They called the police on me over talking about buying guns, which led to the police ramming down my door and dragging my gf and I naked, right from the shower and outside in cuffs. I let my fat red cock swing! When I confronted the dogs above me and let them know that I knew what was going on, they moved out within 14 days.
Angela, you can teach a dog to walk on two legs, but you still a dog.
Davenport, if you want to make the money you deserve to make being on Kill Ave, FIRE ANGELA! ...Then you will have a chance at success.
Stay away from this place and avoid future headaches.
The management is a team of people who are liers and treat tenets with zero respect. They also don't have any respect for the property grounds.
The hot tubs are broken. I have personally spoken to the pool guy and he told me that there are parts that need to be purchased in order to fix these hot tubs and management refuses to buy the right parts to get everything working properly. Right now the water is lukewarm. The place has 3 pools and everything is broken.
Cockroaches! Lots! You better buy traps and spray or call the exterminator.
Loud neighbors and Police Drama. Gun Shots are ringing off in the night, tenet's doors are getting smashed down by the police, people are getting brought out of their apartments in handcuffs! There is no peace here!
They don't repair things properly!
No respect. They installed a carpet in the apartment over me and gave no notice. They just started banging hammers on my ceiling for hours and hours. They woke me up and I could not sleep.
A lot of wonderful people live here. I talked to maintenance and he said there are homeless people living here as well. They break into an apartment and actually bring all their furniture in the place and live there till they get kicked out. These are your neighbors!
Don't rent on the bottom floor! They let people who have big active dogs that run around and bark, move into 2nd-floor apartments. Every night at 3-4 A.M. these dogs will run and the windows will rumble and the walls will shake. Like I said, no respect. There are tons of vacant apartments all over the place and they had to let someone with big pets move in above me. It is so loud!
They added some extra charges and bills after I moved in. I got a new utility bill for gas and my apartment doesn't even have gas. All the apartments in the front run no gas but are getting charged for gas. The apartments in the back only have gas.
People let their dogs shit everywhere and they don't pick it up.
Watch out for bed bugs! They lurk within this property.

Don't get sucked into the whole Mill Ave Thing and fall for the Davenports bait. These are my problems, but I am sure you will find your own complaints if you ignore my advice and go full speed ahead into a lease.
