  • We built a brand new house with a huge yard in 2008. We had them install 10 trees. Within a few months 7 of those trees died. Come to find out they the crew, while hanging out on our back patio, they neglected to take the burlap bags off the roots, so they died. The owner told us it was our fault the trees died and refused to replace.the trees unless we paid for it. The only compensation we were able to negotiate was $900 in sod. I also confirmed our invoice was for the location in Champaign, IL not Bloomington, IL. UPDATE: Since this post I have been contacted by this company multiple times in an attempt to find out what happened. It seems that management has changed from when I have dealt with them. My post is based on my experience in 2008. Since 2008 I have not had any dealings with this company.
