  • If only i could put zero stars, i would! Everytime i call i always talk to rude Allison. Yup, rude Allison. Rude old lady. She sounds like she don't wanna help me or talk to me. I ask a question, she sound irritated answering my question. Then when im about to say something she tells me off, shw said to let her finish I got a collection letter from 2012 medical. It was $2300+ then became $2900+ because of fees etc. So i was told to pay a minimum of $265 so they can stop moving on to the next legal actions. So i paid the $265 by end of july. Starting august she said i need to make a payment of $103/month til debt is paid in full. I had dealt with another attorney before, its for my credit card, but they're very nice. And they allowed me to make a minimim payment of $50 . But this Allied people, I asked if they can lower my payments, im the only one working and i do not make alot. $600 isn't enough for me and my family. We got important bills to pay. Well they don't want me to pay anything less, they want me to pay $103/month. No more no less. Well i had a payment due august 30+5 days grace period. So i have til Sept 4 to pay before going on default. Well 10 days later which is today, they turned in judgment on me. They didn't even bother try to work with you. Not even a reminder. Whoops 5 days over, put judgment in. Rude Allison must be happy. I won't be surprise if they closed down and loose their jobs. Rude. I know they want their money but dang, i am not rich! So now i decided to file for bankrupcy. I can't wait to pay attorney in full so we can file. And they can shut up and leave me alone. They're threatening me they'll do wage garnish on me. Attorney said they can, but once he starts the filing it'll automatically stop the garnishment. They're just rude rude rude!
