  • Brought in my service van for some graphics, nothing complicated, it wasnt a full wrap, just company info on the sides and back. They said it would take two weeks. It ended up taking a whole month. After a week of not hearing from them, i called to see what the delay was. The reason they gave was that they had a big job -a job that i am assuming they got AFTER they took mine- and I would have to wait. The sales person only called me after I left him repeated messages asking for an update. I definitely got the impression that small customers dont mean that much to them. The only reason that they got the second star is because their work is ok.
