I went in here specifically to purchase the GG marmont bag in nude and had a terrible experience. First not only was I not even greeted, I had to ask the security guard to ask someone to help me after walking around for about 10 minutes (when only one other group of two people were in the store).
Finally after the security guard asked the gentlemen working there to assist me he was not helpful or friendly at all. I asked if they had the bag I wanted available in the color I wanted and he said was "no." I then followed up by asking if they would be getting it in anytime soon, and his response was "I don't know depends if it's in our network," and then he just stared at me. He did not offer to check to see if it was in their network or order it for me or anything. Granted I was so disgusted by his attitude I did not ask him to order it, I just left and will not be returning.
I would like to end this review by stating that I am in my late 20s (so I do look young). I am not sure if this factor contributed to how I was treated, but I have a hunch that it may have. Which if I'm correct and it did, this store just lost a sale and the gentlemen working there lost commission because of age discrimination. Hopefully this will be a learning lesson to this store and any other like minded individuals, that you never know who may purchase something. I hope this review is read and used as a learning experience, so that in the future everyone is treated with respect.
