Well I sat on hold for 15 minutes then hung up knowing it wasn't going to get answered. That was general information. Then called and requested grooming to see if I could get through. Nope I sat on hold 10 more minutes. Then tried one last time for general info and sat on speaker phone for another 10 minutes. This call was important! I needed to know if they had a product for a sick pet. What terrible customer service! Unbelievable!
