  • This salon is nice inside. It's spacious, clean, and the overall decor is zen-like, very pleasant. Overall, the staff is friendly. I came for the hair & color. The thing that I enjoyed most was the deep conditioning treatment using Bumble & Bumble products. However, I had issues with my "full hair color",as it turned out a little darker than I wanted. I pointed it out to the hairstylist right away, in hopes that she would consider lightening it up before giving me a haircut, as to not waste her time. Long story short, the hairstylist told me that to lighten the color would be an additional $40. After she talked to the manager, the price went up to $50. I have no idea why. The salon was not busy at all. There were only two customers. However, the stylist wouldn't correct the color unless I pay another $50. I would gladly pay extra, but, not $50. I must say that the staff knew I was dissatisfied. This would have been a good opportunity for them to step up & show good customer service---something that this place lacks. Otherwise, I would gladly recommend Ritual Salon. p.s. I purposely left the stylist's name out. I believe in second chances.
