  • Bonefish Grill is a well-established commodity, and a welcome addition to Huntersville's Birkdale Village shopping center. On a Thursday evening the restaurant was packed. The service was frantic and a little slow, but friendly and competent. I chose n orange roughy special, and it was a bit overwhelmed by its toppings and flavors. In hindsight I wished I had chosen some simple grilled fish, which I suspect would have been better. It is an attractive place and I am sure will be successful. They are off the main drag in Birkdale, and the parking lot across the street will make it more accessible than the competition.
