I have slightly mixed feelings about this. I purchased a Groupon for two people to jump for one hour. When we got there, they were out of Krazy Socks in adult sizes but they had socks for my friend's granddaughter. The Groupon included two pairs of socks - so now if I go again - I won't get the $1.00 discount because I'll have to pay for socks again.
The areas for jumping are great - loved the foam fits and the various activities there. There were a lot of people but we still had plenty of areas to jump and never felt like we were crowded.
When we were finished jumping, we went to use our drink tickets. Unfortunately, you were out of ice. The people running the snack bar counter basically just said "yeah - we're out of ice" and "it's the weekend". They didn't apologize for being out of ice - and aren't weekends your busy time so you'd plan for making extra ice? Also - couldn't you act like you care that you're out of ice?
