  • I don't know of ANY other store where I can walk in with just about any computer need and be more likely to find the part or service I'm looking for. Whenever I want to actually see and touch something before I buy it or if I need to have it right away, I make the one-hour trip from Akron. The people who work there know how to help you find what you need. My last time there was Black Friday. I was in the process of buying a computer when the manager introduced himself and gave me his business card - not because I "asked to see someone's manager" but because he was walking the floor and saw that an associate was already in the process of getting the computer I picked out and wanted to be sure things were going OK (they were busy but had extra staff on hand to handle the crowd). I see other nitpicky reviews and they make me roll my eyes. I'm all for holding vendors to a high standard, but where else would someone go to get better service and selection for all things computer? This place is unique and I will keep coming back. You should definitely check it out.
